Got to the hotel at 10 o'clock on a Saturday night, after making a booking three weeks in advance. When I went to get the key from the check in box, there was no key. When I called and spoke to the supervisor, they were unhelpful, and did not provide any assistance. My sister then called and they said they had to speak with me. When I called back, they said the same thing and said there was a limited chance of me getting refunded. All together, they were unhelpful and rude, and I would not go again.
Be assured, the images of the hotel do not look like that. Pool is out of order. Laundry and gym are filthy. Restaurant is there but it is not open. Rooms are less than ordinary. Really uncomfortable bed. Carpets are very badly stained. The only good thing about this hotel us that the rooms are cleaned each day.
Beautiful service on arrival. Room was beautifully presented. Secure parking. So glad we chose to stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
