These clowns dont care if they tear up your equipment. they destroyed my trailer,.I went to small claims court and was awarded 1600.00 for the damages.They have as of yet to honor the court order. I did some checking on head man David Braun. he has alot of unsatisfied judgements.Im not about to let this go. It is a shame that this big business tycoon cannot follow state rules and regulations!! Now they are closed down by the State of Illinois. Mervis pays more anyway!! Why didnt this place pay the same high prices on there scrap as Mervis?? I dont think they should have ever been able to have a business here in the first place. We are better off without them!
Watch these criminals. They are fencing tons of (probably mostly) stolen stuff and they know it, too. When the law inquired after them this week, by the time they had arrived with a warrant, they had ground the stuff up. Not exactly indicative of someone working with law enforcement, eh? No matter. Well just keep throwing you rope. Youll hang yourselves eventually. The guy that was interacted with was hateful and seemed to thrive on the idea that he had skirted the law. I know the owner of Springfiel Iron& Metal personaly and I dont care what any one has to say about his yard being a mess. Iknow first hand that in that kind of enviromnent it is almost in possible to be clean I am a 25 year old women who not only takes care of kids a house and a man i work at a junk yard atleast 8 hours a day if not more. the owner is a good man and would do anything he could to help out a friend. lets see one of you go out and try to clean up hiss mess.
