These people just Out and Out lied to me. I am under protective custody and came down. From another state. I printed out the application a few days ago. Now that I am here they lied and put up a fake document online saying they only accept applications on Monday and Tuesday! Didn't offer me any kind of assistance and my life is in immediate danger!! Needs to be shut down!! Immediately!!
I went from 201 on the list to 212 and it's been almost a year since I filled out paperwork then it says 1 bdrm but I put in for 2bdrm for me and my daughter. I haven't really heard much back. But I check the waiting list alot and I got pushed back. Just wish someone would let me know something 🤷🏽♀️
Springfield housing authority doesn't want to hear from tenants who report problems and issues in their unit, they sweep them under the rug but if you miss a month of rent, they'll evict you. Maintenance is a joke, they won't hire experienced workers, they pull them off the streets with no experience or training. Springfield housing authority does offer affordable housing but I don't believe they conduct thorough background checks on the people they rent to. It's all about Money.😡
The one star reviews and then the responses are so robotic it’s comical to say the least. I removed my initial review. I believe it was read by who needed to read it.although, these reviews are exactly my point. So sad. 🤮
