I live in Boalsburg and am happy to report the B&B is under new ownership. I'm confident that guests who book in 2024 will have a delightful stay in our adorable town. It's wonderful to have Kat, Bill, and Dory as our new neighbors and innkeepers.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place! My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a Penn State game and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owners were so kind and accommodating, the location was perfect, and our room was exactly as described. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future!

First time we ever stayed at a B&B and we were very satisfied. Jack and Kristina accommodated our late arrival due and the room was neat and clean. King sized bed was comfortable, had a full set of cable channels to choose from and their wifi was blazing (over 300 MBPS). Breakfast before the game was very nice with scrambled eggs, diced potatoes croissants and coffee. Location is very quaint and very quiet at night. STAY AWAY! Owners are miserable people that treat guests with the utmost disrespect. We reserved and paid for one evening. When we were unable to make it due to the death of a loved one, we spoke to Kristina and agreed that we would both try to find someone to take the room. I repeatedly called throughout the day but nobody got back to me. When Kristina finally did call back she had completely forgotten who I was, and not even tried to find anybody.
