The best friendly customer service
The staff was very welcoming and friendly as well as Dr. Tina. I didn’t feel nervous because everything was explained very well. Once the hearing test was done, Dr Tina showed me the results and explained them. Looking forward to my next visit.
The hearing specialist I saw in a Columbia, Mo office was on time, did a new hearing test and I’m looking forward to a new update pair of aides.
Tina, my audiologist was very helpful and instructive. She explained what test was occurring and answered my questions. I left the office feeling comfortable with choosing them. My hearing aids arrived quickly and they alerted me when the aides came in.
