They force you to see a physician assistant first, if you want to see a physican. My insurance won't cover two visits for the same thing so I would have had to pay out of pocket for one. When I tried to explain this to the person at the front desk she got very rude and "that's fine but you're not being seen until the end of September but that's your choice". Jas Sidhu there has been the only person to see me there, and I have found him to be very knowledgeable, kind, and listens well to your concerns. When I have blood drawn, they are fast and the young woman who does that is also great. The office could use a bit of an upgrade, but that is not a major concern.
It’s a shame that Sue Berger transferred to this office because she is AMAZING and this staff is absolutely terrible. Receptionists are rude and clearly hate their jobs. As much as I love Sue - I will not be following her here.
I have been going here for years and was on my 3rd practitioner because they keep leaving the practice. My first visit with my new practitioner he did not take me seriously after I was in an auto accident and then after asking for them to fill out some paperwork for me for work, he left the exam room and closed the door and I heard them all laughing at me outside the door. I have never asked these people for anything besides routine check ups and when something actually requires me to need help I get made fun of. Needless to... read more
Dr. Patel, a NP and two office staff members made fun of our family’s situation and request when the NP stepped out of the room mid-appointment. We could clearly hear laughing and joking about our request outside of the door. Office manager was nice when it was brought to her attention, but downplayed the fact that Dr. Patel and NP were part of the discussions and laughter.
