First let me start off with this. The doctors in this office deserve 5 stars but Kim the office manager makes this place a 1. This is the worst Dr office experience I’ve ever had. No wonder they’re losing all their patients and staff. They told me my insurance would cover everything before my appt and now are harassing me with a bill and telling me I owe it and there’s nothing they can do about it when it’s literally their fault. Three years ago, I left a 5-star review of this practice and the PA I was seeing, Kasi Gardner. I now have to update that review, and downgrade it significantly. Within the last year, Kasi has left the practice, and her patients were not notified of this. I only found out when I called in to make an appointment with her, and to find out why my blood pressure and diabetes medication refills were being denied. I'm shocked to see all the negative comments here regarding Dr patel..but after 5 months of his care. I agree. He doesn't give a damn about the people under his care.
All I can say is they don't call back, & have billed & received money from Medicare for Dr. Patel's assistants at Villa in which was covered while she was under skilled nursing. Dr. Scott Golde & Patel's office will be investigated by Medicare after I inform them.
