I had a wonderful experience at Springfield Family Eye care! The staff are so lovely. Dr. Smith is the kindest, most professional ophthalmologist I have ever had. She explains everything so articulately and clearly enjoys her work. Her assistant Justice is well-trained, efficient, and personable. I felt “heard” and cared for. Excellent experience at Springfield Family Eyecare. Stephanie, in particular, is friendly, attentive, and helped us pick out the perfect pair of eyeglasses - they have a really nice selection. The doctor takes time to explain everything clearly. They genuinely care about their patients and never rush appointments. Prices are fair, and they helped me find options that fit my budget. Highly recommend for personal, professional, and affordable eye care.
