Many thanks to Karen and Dr. Hanson for a thorough and professional experience with Springfield Eye Associates. My wait time was brief and both Karen and Dr. Hanson spent time listening to my concerns and providing needed information in an understandable way. Options to address my eye condition were offered by Dr. Hanson and a follow up appointment was scheduled. It was very helpful to leave with a list of the options in hand.
I have been going there for nearly 20 years. I used to see Dr. Gregory Faust. True gentleman. Excellent bedside manners. Explained everything in detail. Unfortunately he had to retire due to health reasons. They assigned me to Sarah Hanson. Cold as ice. It was very awkward. I asked to be transferred and was assigned to Dr. Moriatis. He is alright.
