Very friendly staff. Had some fears about getting implant. But was put to ease about procedure. Would higher recommended this place.
My dentist referred me and the clinic was able to accommodate me within a week, which worked for me! Dr. Jungwirth was very professional during the consult, explained everything and answered all my questions. Alex was also great! All the front desk staff was wonderful and efficient. Excellent service!
I have had more tentive service in my prior visits. I felt that my procedure was rushed through. I left with pain from my local novicance shot. I believe ample time was not allowed to get the area num.
My experience was great at first, but everything changed when a tooth fragment was left behind after my wisdom tooth extraction. Even after I told them I was in pain, they said they could only fix the fragment if I stayed until the end of the day or came back another time. They also refused to refund the medication that wasn’t covered by insurance, even though we told them we didn’t want it before re-signing the procedure paperwork. Dr Jungwirth and his team did an amazing job. They helped explain things as we went along and checked in with me several times to make sure I was OK and comfortable during my procedure. They completed my surgery skillfully and I am grateful for the kindness and care I received at this office. I look forward to returning for my follow-up visits.
