I had an appalling experience with this dental office. My son was suffering from severe pain due to his wisdom teeth, so I sought an oral surgeon on my insurance website. I contacted Lorton Springfield, Mt Vernon, and they assured me that they accepted my insurance and could see my son the same day. This was the worst experience I ever had and I would not recommend this place at all. My appointment started at 11 but they didn’t start on me until 1:21 because the previous procedure went over. They didn’t keep me updated during that time and just kept me waiting. They tried to reschedule me after waiting over 2 hours and I already had been fasting since the day prior. Communication from everyone here has been great regarding my procedure. Rebecca and Pressley in the office made every effort to call me back with information regarding my extraction and implant. All of my questions were answered completely in a very timely manner. I just returned from my surgery and everyone today was caring and helpful. Dr Jungwirth is Professional, communicates very well and made sure everything was good when I left. Very glad I came here!
Dr. Jungwirth and nurses team are wonderful and helped with wisdom teeth extraction procedure. It was a relatively quick operation on general anesthesia. Consultation and extraction appointments were informative and Dr. Jungwirth took the time to answer any concerns I had about the operation during consult. I was pushing off extracting these teeth for years thinking it was going to be painful and just annoying to go through but this team made getting through operation anxieties with ease.
