I tried to get an appointment three times. Once I told her that I had a Groupon she says that they are booked. The 4th time I call and didn’t mention my Groupon she set an appointment for me. Once I get to my appointment then I mention that I had a Groupon and she would not service me. I don’t understand if Springfield Day Spa participates with Groupon, why is it so difficult to redeem it there? I would not recommend purchasing a Groupon for them. They discriminate on you because you purchased a Groupon.
I just went here with my mom who is disabled and they refused service based on that fact and still said they would charge her the same amount even though they refused service. It is illegal to refuse service based on disability. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
They were friendly. I had good massage. Ask a few times if pressure was ok. Did offer stone to try but didn't work on my back. Didn't charge extra for anything. Used the Groupon. At end she did a pitch for another massage and facial. Never had 1. Thinking about it. But all places I have been and used have done that. Convenient. I would recommend. And if you don't want to talk during tell them .they seem understanding. I read a review that said they tried to sale during massage I didn't have that. But it would not of bothered... read more
We r there just now with my sister . We have both Swedish massage n facial. Both Wendy n Jenny who did those services are good! Worth the 15 min of waiting n money! Love u guys n thank you so much! ���
