Sweet and simple, in and out process wonderful staff great personalities.
I have never posted a review nor looked at them. Today I am astonished on the way a health care company can have someone so rude sitting at their front desk! (Older lady, white hair, glasses) believe me if this did not happen at a place of work I would be at my family doctor and happily pay for it out of my pocket! There are questions and hiccups that will happen in these cases. You are there to politely guide and help me. That is your JOB! Love the clinic, but the older white lady at the front desk with the glasses is completely rude and clearly doesn’t know the rules I’m guessing. Told me twice in one day they don’t do walk-ins but my job I needed the test for said they actually do and they had just sent someone there not long ago. Mind you I could’ve started my job that following Monday, but had to wait to get my tests done. And she turned me away both times. SMH. Dr. Debbie and her nurse Adrienne Are the best I’ve been a patient with this branch for quite a while it’s good to see actual people that take their craft serious and care about their patience. That is something that is missing in a medical field. If I can have any two people be my doctor and nurse it will always be them.
