I had the pleasure of working with Heather (sales) and Jennifer (finance) today. I called the shop at 8:00am and told Heather that I was interested in a vehicle that I saw on the dealership's website. I completed the entire purchase (including trade-in and financing) by 11:00am WITHOUT physically stepping foot into the dealership! They both were fair, knowledgeable and very efficient. Such a great car buying experience! Kris was so easy to work with. I decided I wanted a new car on a Friday and got it delivered the following Monday. I never even stepped foot in the dealership. I would highly recommend Springfield to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
