When I called in the order I was told that it would be five minutes. I got there and then found out that the fryers were down to be cleaned and it would be at least 20 more minutes. The manager (I believe) offered two free desserts for my wait. I was very thankful for that and that was very kind. However, I easily could have made better food overall.
