My family has happily been a continuous client in good standing at Springfield Animal Hospital for over 35 years (see my 5-star google review 6 years ago). But ownership has changed and we received a very harsh lesson about the “new” SAH. Over 18 years ago, our cat Ella was brought into SAH as a tiny, abandoned kitten found on the side of the road with severe eye injuries.
