Price was great and had what I went for on first time
The two guys that came to tow my car out of the snow was respectful and helpful. The representative/dispatcher that I had to call on the phone, who brought them in, was rude and condescending. Lol. I'm gonna have to back the other reviewers that also had the issue of the unprofessional dispatcher. She was pretty bad. You guys might want to do something about that.
Want helpful at all. Called several times thru-out the day to get a quote on how much it would be to swap out my old engine with a new one lady couldn't answer my questions. She said the "guys aren't in right now". Stopped by today says on there sign they were open from 8am-6pm and they weren't open. Idk how they are still in business to be honest. The outside of this business looks like trash and the lady doesn't know how to do her job, very lazy. And no one ever seems to be there except for her.
These guys were awesome! I was stuck in a ditch, in the snow, on an icy secluded road and they extracted me in no time. They were smart, polite, professional, and good humored. They are the best.
