Came here looking for assistance with a Victron DCDC 50 amp charger. The only interest they had was to try and sell me another one total disinterested in supporting the product when they found out I bought it from West Australia and I was travelling, I had to lobby the guy to try and get assistance. He charged me for new system and then gave me a refund as I said to him this is a warranty claim he said well you didn’t buy it from us. Just had my solar battery installed. Friendly, professional installers with 2 check electricians making sure the work was good. Experienced team happy to be observed and to answer various questions about the apps, system shutdown, etc. 10/10 would install again.
