Man, I gotta tell you, my visit to the Capalaba store was something. The staff's attitude was downright terrible. I rolled into the store to sort out a simple problem with a panel I bought, and it had a serious voltage drop on the extension lead they provided. Instead of lending a hand, the guy behind the counter acted like he had never heard of customer service.
