Please also read my edit below to the business owner’s response. The guy’s narcissistic attitude has been my biggest problem with him, not the roaches. Please do not rent storage units from the owner at Springer Road Storage. We had stored our belongings in this storage during our move across town. All of the units in our area (including ours) became infested with roaches. To the point that it took a month of spraying to “supposedly” get rid of them. Had 2 units. 1 was for 4 months other was 2 months. All my stuff was molded. Concrete floor in unit was damp. Owner had no sympathy. Shame on me for not having storage insurance. I have had my items not particularly these items but in past for over a yr and had no problem. I lost all my furniture. Single mom with 3 kids.
Just gone here for storage auction only problem was they just make you wait
