Kelsey was an excellent hygienist. She told me every step of the way what was going to happen. She was very gentle. Appreciated what I had done right and what needed improvement in my personal care of the teeth. When Dr. Patel did her check, she started out by her interest in me and remembered topics we had talked about the past. Nice personal touch. Enjoyed her patriotic artwork on the back wall of the reception office. Receptionist was very friendly and checked out my insurance benefits for me. Thank you.
A very professional office with attention to caring and educating the patient. Most likely one of the most thorough dental visits I’ve ever had. The staff was excellent and welcoming. Visiting the dentist is one of my least favorite life requirements but Dr Patel and each person at Springer Dental made this visit exceptional. Thank you for how you interact with your patients. It truly is a gift to a world where there is much pain, of many kinds.
Dr Patel is great, and I recommend her. She is careful, thorough, and kind. She is interested in not just my dental landscape but also in how I’m doing. I’d also recommend Brooke, my hygienist, who also does a top job. I always ask for her.
