Quality work and completed on time. However, since they do not accept most forms of payment, and failed to disclose this before dropping the car off, the payment for said work…was “clunky” at best, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. This being said, I have no issues doing business with them again.
Springer Body shop is absolutely amazing. Andy and his colleagues are top professionals and very honest, good people, Quality is the best you can get, and most importantly, they stand behind their work and will make sure the customer is very happy. I have been brining my daily drivers, show cars and friends cars there and the results are alway outstanding. Thank you guys!
Wow, these ladies know what they're doing! Great experience the whole way though. They were extremely knowledgeable. I felt they were very up front and honest about expectation. From their friendly shop dog to the intern that kindly drove me to the enterprise when they failed to pick me up, these guys are great. Highly recommend. I plan on coming back for services on my new car. Highly recommend.
Thanks to everyone over at Springer! Brought my car in with some scratches on the front bumper. They repainted it and the color match was absolutely perfect! Treated me just like family from the moment I walked in. They got me scheduled the following week. My car was in and out in 3 days! Prices were reasonable. Customer service was excellent! Best body shop around! Thanks!
