I contracted Springer for parking lot snow removal for the 25-26 season. They failed to do the job as agreed, said they would come back and make it right, then text at 8pm saying they would no longer provide service at all. Very unprofessional.
Bought a “new” car from this shop. Less than 20k miles on it. First month of having the car had to replace multiple things. End of the first year had to replace more and now two years later still less than 70k miles on it and dealership tells me engine needs replaced as it looks like a head gasket was poorly fixed prior and now the whole engine is blown.
