I had to buy a deep freeze {unplanned} and since I had purchased a washer and a dryer from them in the past and they are local I decided to buy there. I told them I would also be buying a new fridge there in three or four months. They told me on the day I bought it, the day before Thanksgiving, that they would haul away the old one for $25 but due to back up in the deliveries they didn't know for sure when and told me to put it where it wouldn't be in my way. After replacing our ac unit with them 3 years ago, they tell us we need to replace not only that again but the furnace as well. Gentlemen on the phone offered to find ways for us to spend more money with them while delaying the inevitable and when I said no thank you ( exact words ) he just hung up with no words. Horrible customer service and will be purchasing a new system from a better company who knows how to treat customers. No more wasting money with people that just want to screw us over.
