Amazing people that wanna help your pet as much as they can. I can't thank them enough for the amazing help I got today for my loving cat.
Shame on this place for calling itself a hospital. Twice I have been turned away. Once with a cat in kidney failure. Just yesterday with my dog who had 4 porcupine quills in her face. The usual excuses: not our clients, not enough staff, no room available. They outright lied telling me they don’t do emergency services as my paramedic partner and I brought them a dog a couple of years ago who had been hit by a car. They treated it but it died of its injuries. I guess it depends on who’s working that day … I got the heartless ... read more
This organization has to be the most unprofessional that I have ever dealt with. From not returning phone calls after saying that they would to caring more about money than they do their clients. I never recommend this place to anyone and I will be proceeding with another veterinarian.
