PHONE NUMBER TAKES ME TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! AND THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONES! My mom came in all sick at 9:30 am and they wont take her unless she had an appointment, told me to bring her the next day at 7 am! Like he sickness can wait!

I absolutely LOVE the ladies at the Springdale WIC office, all but one that it's. Her name is Brenda, she sits at one of the front desks and answers phones. She is the most hateful, horrid, disrespectful person I have ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I have had to call countless times ( and I know it's not personal bc most times I am asking a simple question that doesn't always require a name) and she is the most hurtful, hateful person ever.
