Edit 8/29/25 - Got me again. Bought another piece of equipment. Husband spent couple thousand on parts. When I went to pick them up, staff was more concerned about where I parked and that they were closing instead of helping a customer. If Kubota gets any business from us, again, it will be in Tulsa. I get it's Friday. I get everyone wants to leave. I get its a holiday weekend. I had to stay late because I'm an adult and then I had to wait 3 turns of the light just to turn in the lot because traffic on Sunset is straight out... read more
Kubota parts department is all over it. I have a 13 year old zero turn with 3000 hours. Springdale Tractor has had every part that I have needed to keep my mower looking and running like new. The on line parts catalog is current and very intuitive. I can look up my parts, check availability, and have it sitting on the counter before I make the hour drive.
Dakota over at Works does a fine job at communicating and pricing everything fairly, He has made my experience with this establishment a five stars for sure.
Always have the parts I need and service is great. Nice to have an online parts catalog with accurate inventory.
