I'm being told that I owe $293 for late fees for a procedure that I never had done, from a finance company that I never received money from. When I call the dentist office, anyone who can help is conveniently out of town and a ticket has to be opened. Don't go to this dentist office seems like them and their partners are crooks.
March 27th was a great day for me. I had deep cleaning done to my teeth and I experience no pain. The hygienist noted my experience with novocaine and complied to the next manner of cleaning. No injections of novocaine just numbing gel and a scaler to clean the tartar and plaque, then she polish and soothe my teeth. OMG... that procedure was so much better! Thank you Springdale Modern Dentistry for listening and complying to my concerns.

Had a nightmare of an experience there and was told by office manager that she got bill reduced and we were good from "here on out". Still getting billed and paying as it is not worth runing my credit. I hope this is investigated by the state of Ohio. Buyer beware in the Springdale/West Chester area. Was given the standard "call us we care" response. Just keep your word and I wouldn't have left this response.
