Lucky to even get 1 star. Very unprofessional establishment. “Appointments” end up feeling like a walk in clinic. If you schedule an appointment for 4pm you’ll be lucky to get in by 5:30pm. I’d let it go if it was a one time thing but it has happened for my last 4 visits. If you want a longterm doctor you won’t find one here they all change yearly. I was a bit disappointed with my recent experience, and I have decided not to continue seeking services at this location. I knew I was going to be about 10 minutes late due to high traffic on the 410 at rush hour and called to inform the front office as soon as I arrived the doctor left stating that they would be back in 10 minutes. I felt this was reasonable and sat down, however after 30 minutes passed with no updates or sign of the doctor, I felt this was extremely unprofessional.
