Great service. Car was diagnosed, fixed and returned within a day. Would happily take my car there again
It was easy to make an appointment, and I was in and out in less than an hour. But I don't know why I was charged a hazardous waste fee, when they didn't change my oil (I said that my husband wanted to do it) and they didn't mention changing any other fluids.
Springdale Ford service department is the best in NWA. They handle all the things I wanted done and changed my oil in a timely manner. I only use Springdale Ford for my service.
