Only a few days between my call to book my appointment & the actual date of service. Got the service completed & will return for future service needs

Ford maintance department, Missing lugnuts and stripped oil cap top that was almost impossble to remove after oil change from there , refused to look at problem with backup camrea that went blank. Go through alot to leave tranportation there with and their only opening avalible at their convienance. They can at do their job and help solving problems with their product !
Very good service! They take the vehicle for service when scheduled and they provide honest feedback about additional service that the vehicle could need without them trying to upsell additional services. I tried them about 3 years ago after I felt were several less than honest service visits with another local Ford dealership.
Terrible. My husband and I waited for almost an hour. They finally changed the oil but did none of the recalls. Ford is awful now.
