I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I have been requesting a copy of my X-ray, but each time I am given excuses such as the system being down or that it will be sent shortly. I have called 4–5 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. This ongoing delay is extremely frustrating and reflects poor communication and service.
Wonderful experience with such a thoughtful and thorough dentist! Dr Pranav made the root canal experience for my mom as pleasant as possible!!!
I would really recommend going here! The staff there are always so nice. Especially Dr.Gubaksh, Dr.Sandu, and Ms.Parminder! They are also so kind and attend to you with such patience. I always have a great experience!
