Nice folks, professional. A well managed and clean shop. I like it that they will perform a full inspection when you drop off a vehicle for an oil change. Proper maintenance is key for a reliable vehicle. They do not pressure you to have extra work done if it is needed. (like brakes or a fluid change) They just tell you what is needed and you decide if you want it done or not. I've been there a couple of times and will come back.
My check engine light came on this past Sunday, and with my luck I knew I couldn't drive on it long without it being looked at. Messaged miss Brandi on LinkedIn, of course she told me to bring it in first thing in the morning to look at it. Got it figured out. Since I had taken my car there before to get my thermostat fixed, it was all under warranty, again thanks to Brandi and how awesome Springdale is. I took my Audi a6 to them with a knocking noise & all of the sudden I need a new engine! So, $6,337.00 dollars later I get my car back with a check engine light to which I'm told that when you buy a junkyard engine that's what you get! Really?I have more problems now than before, even with a "Blown Engine", I'm ashamed to say I took it to them. My hood open sensor they broke & instead of replacing it they UNPLUGGED IT!!!!
