i.ePrice to replace the starter on my car: $472.57 This seemed a little higher than expected so I called two other shops and the two quotes were $212.81 and $245.25. When I called the owner of Springdale Automotive he said they use a "better part (starter)" with a better warranty. The repair will always be more than they quote !!!!!!!!! This is the third and last time for this. A quote of $56.00 turned into a $184.00 repair. They getyour car apart and need more money fo finish the job !!!!!!!!!!
