On May 11th I took my car into Springdale Automotive in Prospect KY because my car would not start. They had made two repairs which did not fix the issue. I then took it to another repair shop that specializes in the type of car I had and they were able to repair the issue. I taked with Springdale Automotive and they agreed to reverse all charges for the repairs they made which did not resolve the starting issue. I was very happy about this. Thank you so much. Most repair shops would have not done this for their customers.
