I am extremely disappointed with my experience at SpringCreek Fertility. The biggest issue for me was the lack of transparency surrounding costs and communication about fees. I was initially asked to provide $2,350 to be held for an unforeseen period of time. I was then informed that an additional $110 processing fee was required for the semen analysis, even though this fee had never been clearly communicated to me beforehand. From the beginning to end, my experience at Spring Creek was amazing . Dr. Groll and his staff were always courteous, genuine and respectful. Both Dayton and Dublin locations are great. Treating patients with compassion and empathy makes a big difference.

After years of trying to get pregnant I decided to go to springcreek to figure out what was going on. They were very helpful in finding that I had PCOS along with the endometriosis that I knew I already had. After getting on medication for these issues me and my partner went through 2 rounds of IUI and on the second round I was pregnant after years of trying. I cannot say enough about this place and if I was to have another child and needed help I would 100% go back to spring creek.
