The rehab was good when my mom was there but the food they served her was not fit for a dog and the staff was lazy while my mom was there she had gotten a bed sore on her bottom when I addressed the situation they would say they will take care of it if course they didn't they would put my mom in a chair for hours and leave her there until she argued enough to be put back in bed when I needed something after my mom left I kept calling and they would not answer or not call me back several times I'll reached out to the facility... read more

Recently I spent 31 days at this facility, and it was, for me, a very, very unpleasant stay. Upon arrival here as I was being admitted, the lady said to me you have very good insurance, and it has approved you for 100 days and we encourage you to use every one of them. They are very understaffed, and you are very lucky if your nurse call bell is answered in less than 30 minutes and sometimes an hour. A few of the nurses and staff are great here but the management is awful. Long stretches of time go by with no staffing in social work and transportation etc. turnover is very high in every department. Phone calls are rarely answered. They will call you to make sure you pay your bill but they won’t call back for anything else. I tried so many times to work with staff that kept changing, but overall this place really needs an overhaul. It’s kept clean which is good and it’s a fairly nice place. Hello! When Hubby needed to go to Rehab for a bit I tried my best to get him here! I had Duke Raleigh Call everyday until there was finally a bed! I was TOTALLY confused by the low rating and my personal Dr said it was because of Covid. What A SHAME!! I know a lot of people were ill and died during Covid but most was out of anyones hands once it was gotten. My Husband Don LOVED his room and the nurses were so very nice.
