Springbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation is truly an outstanding place to work. The staff here are incredibly supportive and always willing to help, making it feel like a real family environment. I had the best experience with this nursing home facility. I recommend family and friends if you have loved ones this is the place for them. Very clean, very professional, great atmosphere. Great staff. I give it a five stars.
A newer facility, offering physical therapy and skilled nursing.
The rehab was good when my mom was there but the food they served her was not fit for a dog and the staff was lazy while my mom was there she had gotten a bed sore on her bottom when I addressed the situation they would say they will take care of it if course they didn't they would put my mom in a chair for hours and leave her there until she argued enough to be put back in bed when I needed something after my mom left I kept calling and they would not answer or not call me back several times I'll reached out to the facility... read more
Recently I spent 31 days at this facility, and it was, for me, a very, very unpleasant stay. Upon arrival here as I was being admitted, the lady said to me you have very good insurance, and it has approved you for 100 days and we encourage you to use every one of them. They are very understaffed, and you are very lucky if your nurse call bell is answered in less than 30 minutes and sometimes an hour.
