We had two nights staying here and it was spectacular. We arrived a little later then expected but Paul was super welcoming and friendly, it was a breeze checking in and we instantly felt at home here. Thanks Paul. The chalet was perfectly clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to make meals, extra blankets if needed, a beautiful fireplace with plenty of wood this just set the ambience of our trip. What a great find. Paul was extremely kind and very accommodating and very knowledgeable. It’s very quiet lots of wildlife. Crisp clean sheets. Plenty of firewood, everything you could possibly need in the well appointed chalets. Parking very close to your chalets. Sadly, I had to move out of another location on the mountain as the construction noise was just drowning out the creek. A hideaway in the trees for peace, comfort and nature surrounding you. Great hosts and everything you need - just bring food and drinks
This was only my second visit in 12 years, and the setting is just as beautiful as I remembered. The environment is stunning, with birds and possums regularly coming onto the deck, which is such a special experience. There is also a lovely walking track from the chalets to the Apple Tree tracks, which we really enjoyed. The cabins themselves haven’t changed much over the years. Absolutely amazing establishment, host Paul very friendly & welcoming. Great chalets,tranquil/serene atmosphere, wildlife friendly & well equipped kitchen .I'd highly recommend a stay here.We've even booked our next getaway here & can't wait to return.
