Such a wonderful place! This was our second time staying here, first under the new owners, and everything was perfect. The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Very clean, relaxing and peaceful place.
We stopped at the Frog Tiki bar just for a beverage (so we thought!) and were warmly received by staff and fellow guests. The food coming from the kitchen smelled so good we decided to stay for dinner as well. We both had a special prime rib sandwich and that and the tiki drinks were incredible. Our amazing bartender Ella mentioned that we would receive some incentives if we booked a room as well! So we booked the room with the hot tub. A day after we booked, our son tells us he’s playing baseball on Sunday morning at 9 AM which meant we have to leave Springbrook at 7:30 as he was an hour and a half away from us. Knowing that at check-in, as she started to describe breakfast being served at 9:00, we informed her that we wouldn’t be able to partake due to our unexpected situation. Within five minutes, she talked with the chef and main arrangements for him to bring breakfast at 6:50 prior to our departure. Service is key and this guarantees we will be back.
