Springbrook doesn’t know how to read the lease. Gave us three months free home rent but each month they said we owed them the remainder of the home rent. Even when the lease states we only pay the $510 . We paid the correct amount each month now they gave us an eviction notice. My suggestions to sprig brook is to read the lease before they show up to court. Also bring a lawyer. We are ready for court with all our documents.
