Dr. Nathan Bjork is very professional, kind, and skilled. I appreciate his excellence and have no intention of ever going to anyone else.
The staff and Dr. Fisher were amazing! Super friendly and helpful, especially with my two kids. Dr. Bjork was cold and seemed to be in a rush. He seemed irritated with my kids being there even though one had an appointment and I can’t leave them home by themselves regardless. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for him. I’ll definitely be scheduling with Dr. Fisher from now on.
Having had extremely uncomfortable and scary symptoms after an eye exam here in Settlers Walk Eye Care Springboro, I called the office but they were closed for the long holiday weekend. I left a voicemail for the doctor on call. And then suffered the entire weekend without a call back. Emergency rooms were not appropriate for these symptoms and the urgent cares I called said that they didn’t have the proper equipment.
