Springbok Health has been a great resource with helping to improve my mental health.
This absolutely pains me to write this. I had a glowing review but I've changed my mind. I had someone ask what they're doing to counsel me & I said, they don't have time. And the person said, isn't that their function? So that gave me pause but still didn't change my opinion. However, I can't get issues resolved lately, no matter what it is. The person I see is gone and unavailable for a slew of reasons. Thus, I'm retelling often multiple people and ultimately the problem isn't solved. And it's been in the back of my brain ... read more
