Horrible Mentor Experience! Took the Data Analytics boot course and I was paired with the worst mentor. He showed up late every single call, missed calls, and even acted extremely arrogant and rude when I brought it up. He never meets the deadlines that he sets and will use every excuse instead of keeping to his words. If springboard promotes their mentorship program they need to make sure all mentors are up to the task and not just some.

My son completed the Data Analytics course one month ago, but he is still waiting to schedule his final exam. At the beginning, they promised to help him find a job, but now they are even delaying the final exam. This is nothing but a waste of time and money

This institution is a complete scam. They make big promises about quality education and support, but once they get your money, they stop delivering. The staff is unresponsive, the courses are poorly organized, and nothing matches what was advertised. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—avoid this place at all costs.

Waste of Time and Money I finished the Data Analytics course 2 months ago, and I’m still stuck waiting for my final exam. They promised career support, but it feels like none of that matters now. This program has been useless and a total waste of my time and money. I regret signing up.
