Springbank Psychology is amazing. We had our 5 year old in for an assessment with Dr. Alexandra Aquilina and Dr. Lisa French. He is normally very shy with new people, however, he took to Alex right away! It has been so comforting as a parent to have these supports in our corner. Barbara at the front desk is incredibly organized and an excellent communicator. I cannot say enough great things.
I recently completed an adult ADHD assessment with Juliana Walker at Springbank Psychology, and I had a great experience. Juliana was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and understanding. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the whole process feel comfortable and supportive. Barbara, who I believe is the office manager, was also fantastic, efficient and quick with scheduling and billing. Overall, I highly recommend Springbank Psychology!
I am thankful for the excellent service we received at Springbank Psychology - Springbank Hill. Psychologist Juliana Walker was thorough and professional, and the admin staff, Barbara and Aneilia, were welcoming and efficient. The entire team made the experience smooth and stress-free. I will gladly recommend them to friends.
Save your money. This company is a scam! They over price and falsely advertise for solutions that can be found elsewhere at a much cheaper price. They over charge, they will run the invoices under other other Drs to invoice you sooner. I asked the admin team and the Dr to ensure I was in the right place, they ensured me I was. I wasnt. Lisa French and Richard Besney should know better. They continued to overbill for a solution I already had. Springbank Psychology is absolutely incredible! They have such a genuine passion for child wellness, and go the extra mile to support the community. They recently did a child psychology workshop at our kids' elementary school to teach the children about how to cope with big feelings and learn skills to develop confidence and resiliency. The kids had a blast! The handouts alone that were given to parents from the workshop were super helpful with some great tips.
