Poor quality construction and material used. No thought put into terrible landscaping, whatever left over plants they have and they just planted it around
I’m a licensed agent who specializes in project sales. We are extremely picky about the developments we sell and the developers we represent. Springbank Properties is one of our oldest clients who continues to impress us with their innovation, design, construction and the quality of their homes.
During our one year deficiency. It was very painful to deal with them. Every time you make a call or email request, favorite line, "It's wear and tear." Or "It's your fault." They put the blame on you first. That tells me that the quality of their building is very poor. I believe they hire cheap labour. There shouldn't be wear and tear within one year of a new building. Yes, that was very strange.
