Receptionist never pick call.. very nad service. they using health engine for booking and charge a lot money
I’m not sure why I even bother with this place. Every time I try and ring, it just rings through with the stupid voice recording. I’ve been on the phone waiting for them to answer for over 5 minutes. Every time I try without a doubt. Do y’all even answer the phones?? Waste of my time.
Ringing for appointment since 1.30pm on Saturday 26th October until 4.30pm no answer and message bank keeps hanging up after 3 minutes
As always, some GPs may not be a good fit for you, but Ive found both my GP and the reception staff at Springbank incredible at assisting with my concerns and issues over the last year. While wait times have increased nationwide, Springbank are usually quite quick to book in and also able to switch to phone appts as needed when I've had personal emergencies arise. I've also been treated by other GPs as needed, and they've also been as professional and caring while occasionally not being able to fully assist in my regular GPs... read more
