They wanted to get paid before the technician started the job. I was not keen on that idea but paid by e-transfer. The e-transfer did not go through even after several tries. They pulled the technician off the job in the middle of cleaning. Plus the barrage of texts and email to pay up or else was an utter nuisance. I would not deal with this outfit ever again.
