After 20 years of working with suppliers across the aerospace, industrial, and consumer products industries, I have to say this was the most unprofessional, emotionally erratic, none-technical supplier I have ever come across. Stay away.
Don't work with these guys. There are many other spring makers in the area and you should work with them. They had us pre-pay the order and then made a very aggressive phone call after they tried to make a prototype to our spec and abruptly backed out of the job. Edgar was not willing to communicate to try and work through the issues.
