I would have given zero stars if possible. Perhaps next time you inform someone that their baby lacks a heartbeat and is deceased, you should conduct a more thorough examination than a cursory five-second glance. Following my appointment, I immediately proceeded to the emergency room, where I was relieved to discover that my baby has a strong heartbeat and is actively moving.
I love Michelle as a nurse. She is amazing and made me feel comfortable and complete each time I saw her. The spiritual counselors they have are also so amazing and so sweet. I got lucky to find this place through a google search and went in nervous, but left with feelings of clarity. The entire staff is friendly and the place is clean. 10/10 recommend
I was looking forward to my second ultrasound to reconnect with the staff. They actually helped me choose to decide to keep my baby when I went to reschedule for my follow up as they mentioned to me that I could do. They said that I can’t and referred me someplace else. I’m actually having a very sad moment right now and it really would have meant everything for me to just be around them one more time in certainty of my decision.
