We recently put my mother in Spring Village and has exceeded our expectations. Everybody is so nice and caring and professional from the nurses to aids, maintenance guys, office people have all been great. Wish we would have brought my mother here sooner. I would highly recommend Spring Village. Place is very clean. Big thank you to all the staff at Spring Village.
On February 25, my husband and I visited Spring Valley Home Care in East Stroudsburg to explore placement options for my mother. We met with Director Anthony DeLuca, who was personable and gave us a tour of the facility. He advised that my mother would need to be in the dementia care unit. At the time, she was still hospitalized, and we anticipated a short-term rehab stay before transitioning her to Spring Valley. We moved my stepdad here into memory care after a miserable stay at Grace Park. Moving him to Spring Village was the best decision we could have made. The staff is wonderful and they all seem genuinely happy to work there. They took wonderful care of my stepdad and always made sure he was comfortable and attended to. We will always think of his caregivers as family, especially Emily. This is the best place in the area by far.
This senior living facility consistently exceeds expectations. The staff is highly professional, well-trained, and clearly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. The building is clean, organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Communication is excellent, and the level of personalized care provided is outstanding. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for their loved one.
