I have seen Dr Sehran Javed and I am really impressed my his professional attitude and clinical knowledge. He listen to me and deal my problem .He is very nice and polite doctor .Reception staff was also very jice Thanks to Springview Surgery .
Absolutely horrific practices from this medical centre. I went for a mental health appointment to try and open up about my depression and to try and get help. Dr Javed completely ignores what you have to say, refuses to write down what you're saying so that it can be documented and viewed by other medical professionals in future as context is important to understanding things. My family and I have been patients here since we moved house in 2008. I have always found staff on reception to be very helpful and professional in comparison to experience at our previous practice, that helps instill confidence in the service. Thank you!
