After 40 yrs living out of state, I moved back to Allentown to be near family and friends. A friend suggested I check out Spring View Apartments and I'm so glad I did. I've lived here a year now and have enjoyed it so much. From the management team to the maintenance crew, from the absolutely wonderful amenities and respectful neighbors , I cannot imagine living elsewhere. The only downside is I can't give this review 10 stars ! Do check out Spring View. You really won't regret it.
I love Speing View Apartments. The staff is very polite, if any problem occurs with the apartment will be solved in very short time. Club House facility is the best, with gym, pool, events room, play room. Delightful
I had a great experience living in this apartment condo for 2 years. My landlord was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond on multiple occasions — it made a huge difference knowing I could always count on them. The building itself is peaceful and well-maintained. I never had any issues with neighbors; everyone was quiet and respectful. The gym is also a standout — high quality equipment and never too crowded. On top of that, the location is super convenient, with everything I needed close by. Highly recommend!
I just came by to check out the available units and they treated me so well. Such nice folks and a really nice place. It's the top of my list for my next apt. The model apts have fridges stocked with treats which was a nice touch.
