I wish I could rate the management team and complex higher. Neat, spacious, and appropriately priced apartments, with a responsive but not intrusive management team. There were some times packages got lost, but both couriers and the management team did their best to track down any lost packages, and some were found. The locker system is very good, although at times couriers won't use it for some reason. When it is used, however, no package has gotten lost. I have lived here for 5 years, and have been very happy here. Management, esp Kathleen, is very approachable and friendly. Makes such a difference. There have been very few problems, and any that have arisen were dealt with promptly and efficiently. I am now moving out to be near my daughter in Lancaster, and am sad to leave, as I am finding it very difficult to match the quality and accomodations in my new area. Me and my family lived in spring views for one year, the only reason we moved was because we purchased our house . Spring view is a nice community to live in, pet friendly, clean, well maintained, the clubhouse are always very clean. If you have kids they will love the playground, the pool is amazing for summer time and also the grill area.
