No soap in car wash had to waste $6.00 in self service then went to a different car wash to get wash done.
The last 3 times I've come in to use the manual bays, at least one is ALWAYS out of soap!! Very disappointed as this used to be one of the best car washes in the area.
Have not been happy with this car wash for the past year. You used to have soap to wash your cars with in the manual bays. I can never get soap to come out. Just water. You can use bug and film remover but that's not normal car wash detergent. Can you please start having soap for your soap option? It's kind of deceiving when it never works.
