Nate and his team were spectacular to work with to remove a large, structurally weakened oak next to our building. Nate returned my initial call the same day, and he was out to review the situation and provide an estimate within just a few days. He was able to provide me with a variety of different options for taking down the tree, depending on my preferences, and his estimates for each option were very reasonable. Nate is very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He has done work for us on several occasions. He has reviewed the health of our trees, removed (pruned) trees, ground stumps, and cleaned up after storm damage. He will come out to survey the project first and go over what you expect. He really cleans up after the project has been completed. You only can tell he has been working on your property when you see the fresh cuts on your trees. He even handled a project when we were out of state. We trust Nate and his work.
The Spring Valley Tree Care took down two trees for us in our front yard. The crew was very professional, communicated well and worked efficiently. They arrived at the scheduled time, were easy to work with and did a great job for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone needing tree care and will be calling them for our future needs.
